During their time with Endeavour Academy, students gain employability skills and qualifications in both core and vocational courses and we work closely with our partner agencies to support positive mental wellbeing, personal development and social engagement.

  • Providing a welcome, happy, calm, safe and supportive learning environment in which everyone is respectful of individuality and difference and where all feel equally valued
  • Provide a broad and balanced programme of education to ensure everyone achieves to their full potential and all of these achievements are celebrated
  • Provide students with the tools and confidence to achieve their goals both now and in the future and to become  independent learners developing  employability skills, building resilience, good manners and being sensitive to the needs of others.
